By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

"We," "Us," "Our" refers to DAMEI Powder Coating and its affiliates.

"You," "Your" refers to the person or entity using our services.

"Products" means powder coatings and related surface-finishing materials.

"Services" includes formulation, manufacturing, technical support, and distribution.

You may need to create an account for certain services. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

Our powder coatings are manufactured to agreed specifications and remain subject to:

• Technical feasibility and the customer’s stated performance requirements
• Raw-material availability and manufacturing capacity
• Quality-control and applicable certification requirements

Orders are processed as follows:

• Quote requests are provided within 48 hours
• Orders require signed contracts and deposit payments
• Production begins after final design approval
• Delivery schedules are confirmed before production

Payment terms for B2B orders:

• 30% deposit upon contract signing
• 40% progress payment during production
• 30% final payment before shipping
• Late payments may incur additional charges

We coordinate international freight for powder coating orders:

• Freight costs are quoted separately
• Delivery times depend on destination and customs clearance
• The customer is responsible for destination import requirements
• Export packing and shipping documents are provided as agreed

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Cancellations are subject to production stage and costs incurred
• Returns are evaluated case-by-case for defects or damages
• Custom orders cannot be returned without manufacturer defects

Product conformity and claim terms are defined in the applicable quotation or contract:

• Each batch is checked against the agreed specification
• Claims require batch identification and supporting evidence
• Approved remedies follow the written sales agreement
• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, curing, or application is excluded

Our liability is limited to:

• The limits stated in the applicable written agreement
• Direct damages only, excluding consequential or indirect damages where permitted by law
• Products stored, handled, and applied according to the technical specification

All designs, plans, and proprietary information remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Customers receive usage rights for their specific project only.

Your privacy is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information solely for business purposes and service provision.

Either party may terminate the relationship with appropriate notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, including payments and delivery commitments.
