A face-to-face conversation is useful when a photograph or color code does not tell the whole story. Bring your questions, a reference panel if practical, or a short description of the parts you coat. We can use the meeting to clarify what needs technical review, sampling or a production trial.
Arrange a time and place by email
Email info@dameipc.com before your visit. Include your preferred meeting date and time, company name, contact person and a phone number or other contact method you will use in Guangzhou. Tell us how many people will join and which coating topics you would like to cover.
We will agree on the meeting time and exact location by email. Please include your expected arrival date and any scheduling limits so we can coordinate. An advance conversation also gives us time to check which samples or documents would be useful for your application.
Tell us what you want to evaluate
DAMEI is a powder coating materials manufacturer. We can discuss indoor epoxy-polyester and outdoor pure polyester options, along with application questions involving metallic-effect, wood-grain and pipeline-related products. Start with the DAMEI product range to identify topics for the meeting; the appropriate formulation still depends on the project.
Describe the substrate, pretreatment, part geometry and indoor or outdoor service environment. Share the required color, gloss, texture and target film thickness. For curing, explain the line conditions and limits, including the actual metal temperature and holding time you can achieve. Add the tests or customer requirements that define acceptance.
Use the powder coating catalog to prepare a color or finish discussion. If you already have a physical standard, tell us whether you can bring it. A reference panel helps communicate appearance, while the actual substrate and production conditions remain part of the evaluation.
Request free sample powder or panels in advance
By prior arrangement, DAMEI can bring free sample powder or coated panels for the meeting according to your needs. Please specify the product type, color, gloss or texture, required quantity, and panel size or substrate where relevant. We will confirm the sample specifications and what can be prepared before the trip.
A sample request should be linked to an application, so that it supports a useful comparison. Agree the items and quantities with us in advance. If samples need to be sent separately, delivery arrangements and costs should also be agreed before dispatch.
Turn the conversation into a clear test plan
Review available technical resources and ask which Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS), including revision dates, apply to the selected powder. The TDS supports application and cure planning; the SDS covers safe handling and hazards. Neither replaces validation on the intended part and coating line.
After discussing the requirements, agree which laboratory panel, representative part and line checks are needed. Record the accepted finish, formulation and process conditions. Sample appearance alone does not establish that every production condition or service requirement has been met.
